Welcome to our

COLLAB

Amber Hardcastle is the heart behind The “31” Shop—a faith-driven, homestead-inspired business rooted in simplicity, stewardship, and intentional living. Raised in Bowling Green, Amber has spent her life cultivating a deep love for family, faith, and the land.

For over 13 years, she has built a life alongside her husband centered on hard work, devotion, and biblical values. As a Certified Nutrition Coach and Certified Naturopathic Practitioner, Amber is passionate about helping others return to the basics—nourishing their bodies, caring for their homes, and honoring God through everyday living.

Through The “31” Shop, Amber creates and shares high-quality, homemade goods—from sourdough bread (perfected over 4 years) to canned foods and natural remedies (with 5+ years of experience). But her mission goes far beyond products. She offers a way of life.

Amber invites women and families to slow down, live with intention, and reconnect with what truly matters: faith, food, and home. Whether she’s tending to her animals, working her land, or serving others through her craft, her life reflects a quiet strength rooted in Christ and a deep commitment to stewarding what God has entrusted to her.
