Biblical Wellness

Caring for the whole woman—body, mind, and soul.

Your body isn’t something to worship, punish, ignore, or obsess over. It’s something God has entrusted to you.

Beelieve In You Biblical Wellness combines biblical coaching with practical, RN-informed health education to help women develop sustainable rhythms of nutrition, movement, rest, emotional health, spiritual disciplines, and everyday self-care.

Our team brings different perspectives to that mission. Summer Martin, BSN, RN, brings her nursing background and experience in physical and mental health. Ami Smith, LPN, brings her nursing experience and practical perspective on everyday wellness and caring for others. Heather Scarborough contributes from a biblical, relational, and lived-experience helping women connect wellness principles to the realities of everyday life.

You don’t have to fix everything at once.

Biblical Wellness isn’t about giving you another impossible checklist. It’s about looking at Nourish*Move*Rest*Renew, figuring out where you are now, identifying where you may need support, and building small, sustainable rhythms that honor God and actually fit your life.

Biblical Wellness services are educational and coaching-based and do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Health concerns requiring individualized medical care should be discussed with your healthcare provider.

Wellness is more than one thing.

God created us as a whole person. Our physical health can affect our emotions. Stress can affect our bodies, our habits can affect our ability to serve, think clearly, and be present with the people we love.

That’s why Biblical Wellness at Beelieve In You focuses on four areas:

Nourish

Caring for your body through what you give it.

Practical education and coaching around nutrition, hydration, balanced meals, sustainable habits, and learning to nourish your body without turning food—or the number on a scale—into an idol.

Rest

Because running yourself into the ground isn’t a spiritual gift.

Sleep, stress management, burnout prevention, boundaries, recovery, and learning that biblical rest isn’t laziness.

Move

Movement as stewardship, not punishment.

Building realistic movement and strength habits that support your health and your life. This isn’t about earning your food, shrinking yourself, or chasing perfection. It’s about caring for the body God gave you.

Renew

What happens in the mind matters too.

Emotional wellness, mental-health education, thought patterns, boundaries, anxiety and stress, and learning to bring our thoughts and emotions under the truth of Scripture—-without pretending difficult emotions don’t exist.
